1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Genuine Attraction! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” “You,” or “Your”) and Genuine Attraction LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Genuine Attraction,” “GA,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), governing your access to and use of our website located at https://www.genuineattraction.com/, our mobile application “Metatron,” our AI coaching assistant “Ed AI,” and all related services, content, features, and functionality (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing this website, downloading or using the Metatron app, engaging with Ed AI, or utilizing any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific Services. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our Services.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. DEFINITIONS
“Services” refers to all products and services offered by Genuine Attraction LLC, including but not limited to: the Genuine Attraction website, the Metatron mobile application, Ed AI (our artificial intelligence coaching assistant), the Soul Seducer System, Heroic Method, coaching programs, courses, community access, live events, playbooks, and any related content or features.
“User Content” means any and all information, data, text, messages, communications, feedback, suggestions, ideas, questions, comments, images, recordings, or other materials that you submit, post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services.
“AI Services” refers to our artificial intelligence features, including Ed AI, automated coaching responses, chatbot interactions, and any machine learning or algorithmic analysis provided through our platform.
3. CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS
CRITICAL NOTICE: Genuine Attraction LLC and our Metatron application strictly prohibit any content related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content that exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any way.
Prohibited Content and Conduct: Users are expressly prohibited from using our Services, including the Metatron app and Ed AI, to create, upload, share, store, transmit, distribute, or request any content that:
• Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexualizes, objectifies, or endangers minors in any form
• Facilitates grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate contact with minors
• Contains any imagery, text, or other content that depicts minors in a sexual or exploitative manner
• Violates any local, state, federal, or international laws protecting children
Reporting and Enforcement: Genuine Attraction LLC will immediately report any suspected CSAE content or activity to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), relevant law enforcement authorities, and other appropriate agencies. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
Immediate Termination: Any user found to be in violation of these child safety standards will be immediately and permanently terminated from all Services without notice or refund. We reserve the right to preserve and disclose any information to law enforcement as necessary.
Compliance: Metatron, developed by Genuine Attraction LLC, complies with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy, Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines regarding child safety, all applicable laws including but not limited to the PROTECT Act, COPPA, and international child protection regulations.
Age Restriction: Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
4. CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (COPPA) COMPLIANCE
Age Requirement: Our Services are not intended for, directed to, or designed to attract children under the age of 13 (or 16 in jurisdictions where applicable). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) without verifiable parental consent.
No Collection from Children: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as quickly as possible.
Parental Rights: If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at support@genuineattraction.com. Parents have the right to review their child’s personal information, request deletion, and refuse further collection or use.
Account Termination: If we discover that a user is under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age), we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated personal information in compliance with COPPA requirements.
State App Store Accountability Acts: We comply with applicable state laws regarding age assurance and verification, including the Texas App Store Accountability Act (SB2420), Utah’s App Store Accountability Act, Louisiana’s age verification requirements, and California’s Digital Age Assurance Act, as they come into effect.
5. COACHING SERVICES DISCLAIMER
NOT THERAPY OR MEDICAL ADVICE: Genuine Attraction LLC provides life coaching, relationship coaching, and personal development services. Our Services, including those provided through Ed AI and the Metatron app, are NOT a substitute for professional mental health services, psychotherapy, counseling, medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or any form of licensed healthcare.
Ed Baxter and Genuine Attraction team members are life coaches, not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, medical doctors, or other licensed healthcare providers. Our coaching is educational and informational in nature.
You expressly understand and agree that:
• Our coaching services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition, or disease
• Information provided is for general educational and informational purposes only
• You should consult appropriate licensed professionals for mental health, medical, legal, or financial matters
• If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm urges, or a mental health crisis, you should immediately contact emergency services (911), a crisis hotline, or seek professional help
• Coaching may bring up difficult emotions; you are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support
• Results from coaching vary and are not guaranteed; transformation requires personal effort and commitment
No Guarantees: While we have helped thousands of clients, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to saving your marriage, reconciling relationships, or achieving any particular result. Individual results depend on many factors including your commitment, circumstances, and actions.
6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SERVICES DISCLAIMER
AI Limitations: Ed AI and any other AI features within our Services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. You acknowledge and agree that:
• AI responses are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation
• AI is not a replacement for human judgment, professional advice, or licensed professional services
• AI may produce errors, inaccuracies, or responses that are not applicable to your circumstances
• You should not rely solely on AI responses for important life decisions
• AI responses do not constitute professional, legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice
• We are not liable for any actions you take based on AI-generated content
Third-Party AI Infrastructure: Our AI Services, including Ed AI, are powered by third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure, large language model providers, and cloud computing services. By using our AI Services, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
• Your inputs, messages, and communications with Ed AI may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers and language model services
• Data you provide through AI interactions may be transmitted to, processed by, and stored on servers operated by these third-party providers
• Third-party AI providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies that govern their processing of data
• We may change, add, or remove third-party AI providers at any time without notice
• Your data may be used for service improvement purposes, subject to applicable policies
No Confidential Relationship: Your interactions with Ed AI do not create any confidential, privileged, or fiduciary relationship. Information shared with AI may be reviewed by our team and processed by third-party infrastructure providers for quality assurance and service improvement purposes.
7. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR PRIVACY AND OPENNESS
Be Open With Us: Effective coaching requires honesty and vulnerability. We encourage you to be completely open and frank with Ed AI and our coaching team about your situation, feelings, struggles, and experiences. The more honest you are, the better we can help you.
How We Use Your Information: We want you to understand exactly how your personal information and coaching conversations are used:
• For YOUR Coaching: Your conversations, progress data, and personal information are primarily used to provide you with personalized coaching, track your transformation, and help you achieve your goals
• For Service Improvement: We may review conversations to improve Ed AI’s coaching capabilities and our overall service quality
• For Anonymized Insights: We may use aggregated, anonymized data to understand coaching patterns and improve our methodologies
• For Testimonials (With Rights Granted): As described in Section 9, we may use your transformation story for marketing purposes
What We Will NEVER Do:
• We will NEVER sell your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies
• We will NEVER share your information with your spouse, partner, family members, or their attorneys (unless legally compelled by valid court order)
• We will NEVER use your personal struggles against you or for any purpose that would harm your interests
• We will NEVER publicly identify you in case studies or testimonials without your explicit consent or proper anonymization
Legal Limitations: Please understand that while we deeply respect your privacy, we may be legally required to disclose information in response to valid court orders, subpoenas, or law enforcement requests. We are also required to report suspected child abuse or exploitation, and credible threats of imminent harm to yourself or others.
Your Trust Matters: We understand that you’re sharing sensitive, personal information about your relationships, struggles, and vulnerabilities. We take that trust seriously. Our goal is your transformation, not the exploitation of your data.
8. AI USAGE RESTRICTIONS AND ACCEPTABLE USE
Intended Use: Ed AI and all AI features within our Services are provided exclusively for personal coaching, self-improvement, and transformation purposes within the context of Genuine Attraction’s programs. Ed AI is designed to help you work through relationship challenges, personal development, and the specific frameworks taught in our coaching programs.
Prohibited Uses: You are expressly prohibited from using Ed AI or any AI features for:
• Code generation, software development, programming assistance, or any technical/coding purposes
• Commercial purposes, business operations, or any use unrelated to your personal coaching journey
• Reselling, redistributing, or providing access to the AI to any third party
• Academic work, homework, essays, research papers, or educational submissions
• Content creation for publication, social media, marketing, or any commercial content
• Legal document preparation, contract drafting, or legal advice purposes
• Medical diagnosis, treatment planning, or health-related decision making
• Any purpose other than your personal coaching and self-improvement within our programs
Prohibited Conduct – System Manipulation: You are strictly prohibited from:
• Attempting to “jailbreak,” bypass, or circumvent any safety measures, content filters, or usage restrictions built into Ed AI
• Using prompt injection, adversarial prompts, or any technique designed to manipulate the AI into behaving outside its intended purpose
• Attempting to extract system prompts, training data, or proprietary information from the AI
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behaviors in the AI system
• Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with Ed AI
• Generating excessive or unreasonable volumes of AI interactions beyond normal coaching use
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the underlying technology, algorithms, or models
• Any conduct designed to test the limits of, abuse, or exploit the AI system
LIABILITY FOR AI ABUSE AND COST RECOVERY: You acknowledge that AI services incur computational costs based on usage. If you engage in any prohibited conduct, jailbreaking attempts, system exploitation, or abuse that results in excessive costs, system damage, or remediation expenses, YOU AGREE TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR AND SHALL INDEMNIFY GENUINE ATTRACTION LLC FOR:
• All excess computational and API costs incurred as a result of your abuse
• Costs of investigating, remediating, and repairing any damage to our systems
• Legal fees and expenses incurred in enforcing these Terms
• Any damages, fines, or penalties imposed on Genuine Attraction as a result of your conduct
• Lost revenue and business interruption costs
• Any other direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your violation of these Terms
Monitoring and Enforcement: We reserve the right to monitor AI usage patterns for abuse, implement usage limits, and immediately terminate access for any user who violates these restrictions. We may pursue all available legal remedies against users who abuse our AI systems.
9. USER DATA AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP
Data Collection and Storage: Our Services, including the Metatron app and Ed AI, collect, log, store, and retain all User Content and data, including but not limited to: all chat conversations and messages, inputs and communications with Ed AI, usage patterns and behavioral data, progress tracking information (including Seductive 6 habit tracking), assessment results and responses, uploaded files and content, account information, and device and technical data.
License Grant to Genuine Attraction: By using our Services and submitting any User Content, you hereby grant Genuine Attraction LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise exploit all User Content in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to: providing and improving our Services, training and improving our AI systems, research and development, marketing and promotional purposes (subject to the privacy commitments in Section 7), creating aggregated or anonymized data sets, and any other legitimate business purpose.
Data Retention: We retain User Content and data indefinitely unless deletion is specifically requested and legally permissible. Even after account termination, we may retain data as necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes.
10. TESTIMONIAL AND PUBLICITY RIGHTS
Grant of Rights: By using our Services, you grant Genuine Attraction LLC the perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute:
• Your name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, and biographical information
• Your statements, testimonials, feedback, reviews, comments, and success stories
• Excerpts from your communications, including chat logs, emails, and messages
• Your transformation journey, before/after descriptions, and results
• Any audio, video, or written recordings made during your participation in our Services
Permitted Uses: These materials may be used for marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, website content, sales materials, case studies, training materials, and any other commercial or non-commercial purposes without compensation, approval, or attribution.
Editing Rights: We may edit, modify, excerpt, or adapt any testimonials or content for clarity, length, format, or other purposes, provided the essential meaning is preserved.
Anonymization Option: If you wish to have your testimonial used anonymously or with a pseudonym, you must request this in writing prior to submission. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but are not obligated to do so.
Waiver of Claims: You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection with any testimonial or publicity materials, and you release Genuine Attraction from any claims arising from such use.
11. INTERNATIONAL PRIVACY COMPLIANCE (GDPR AND OTHER REGULATIONS)
European Union Users – GDPR Compliance: If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar data protection laws. This section applies to you in addition to the other provisions of these Terms.
Legal Basis for Processing: We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) Contract Performance – processing necessary to provide our Services; (b) Legitimate Interests – processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, including service improvement, fraud prevention, and marketing; (c) Consent – where you have provided explicit consent for specific processing activities, including the use of AI Services; and (d) Legal Obligations – processing necessary to comply with applicable laws.
Your Rights Under GDPR: Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
• Access your personal data and receive a copy
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Erase your personal data (“right to be forgotten”) in certain circumstances
• Restrict processing of your personal data
• Data portability – receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing)
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
International Data Transfers: Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you consent to such transfers. We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Data Controller: Genuine Attraction LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through our Services. For GDPR inquiries, contact us at support@genuineattraction.com.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination. Other Jurisdictions: We comply with applicable data protection laws in other jurisdictions, including but not limited to Brazil’s LGPD, Canada’s PIPEDA, and Australia’s Privacy Act. Users in these jurisdictions may have additional rights as provided by local law.
12. GENERAL ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
In addition to the AI-specific restrictions in Section 8, you agree not to use our Services to:
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from our Services
• Share account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use the Services for competitive analysis or to develop a competing product
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others’ use of the Services
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, trademarks (including Soul Seducer, Heroic Method, Genuine Attraction, Seductive 6, Ed AI, Metatron, the 4 P’s, Great Love Model, and all associated marks), copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to Genuine Attraction LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
Limited License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to: resell or make commercial use of our Services, collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices, make derivative works, download or copy account information for another’s benefit, or use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, resell, modify, translate, or create derivative works from any content or materials from our Services without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
14. PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICY
Payment: By purchasing any Services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected program or subscription at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processors.
Subscriptions and Recurring Payments: Some Services are offered on a subscription basis with recurring payments. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our digital and coaching services, all sales are generally final. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any approved refunds may be subject to a restocking or administrative fee.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENUINE ATTRACTION LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS: We are not liable for: any decisions you make based on our coaching or AI responses, relationship outcomes including divorce, separation, or reconciliation, emotional distress or psychological impact, loss of employment, income, or business opportunities, actions of third parties including your spouse or partner, technical failures, data loss, or security breaches, or actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genuine Attraction LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms (including the AI Usage Restrictions in Section 8), your violation of any rights of another party, your User Content, any dispute between you and a third party (including your spouse, partner, or family members), any abuse or exploitation of our AI systems, and any breach of your representations and warranties.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Commonwealth of Virginia or remotely via video conference at our election.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND GENUINE ATTRACTION AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or to enforce the AI Usage Restrictions and cost recovery provisions in Section 8.
18. TERMINATION
Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or violate the AI Usage Restrictions. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations or other obligations incurred prior to termination.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, we may retain your User Content and data as described in these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, AI abuse liability, and limitations of liability.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Virginia.
20. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Genuine Attraction LLC regarding the Services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Notices: We may provide notices to you via email, posting on the Services, or other reasonable means. You may contact us at support@genuineattraction.com.
21. COOKIES AND TRACKING
We employ the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies. By accessing our website and using the Metatron app, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cookies enable the functionality of certain areas and enhance your experience. Our advertising and analytics partners may also use cookies.
